Transitions GriefCare invites you to join us for an offering of remembrance and renewed connection to loved ones. You will be guided on a path to honor your grief through our Transitions LifeCare campus. This outdoor experience will provide opportunities for reflection, creativity, and quiet contemplation. All ages are welcome.

2026 Spring Remembrance Donation

Do I need to register?
Yes, your completion of the this form will serve as your registration. Please note the time slot you have chosen as your arrival time will inform and support the even flow of the program as well as ensure adequate parking.

Is this a live event?
Yes, this is an in-person event held at 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607. Families with young children are encouraged to arrive between 6:00pm and 6:30pm; General Audience are encouraged to arrive between 6:30pm and 7:30pm.

How long will the event last?
Plan to allow about 45 minutes to one hour to complete your walk.

Will there be a virtual offering and will it be recorded?
No, there will not be a virtual offering or recording.

Will there be a formal service?
No, there will not be a formal service; this program is an interactive, guided walk.

Will a rain date be offered?
Yes, we will let you know on this page should we need to postpone the event to a different date.

Can I bring a companion?
Yes, you may bring companions on your walk. Due to limited parking, we encourage carpooling when able.

Can I bring my dog on my walk?
No, we are not able to accommodate pets (with the exception of certified service animals). Hospice therapy dogs will be present at the event for therapeutic purposes.

Is this walk accessible for those with limited mobility?
Yes, there will be wheelchair ramps/zero threshold access throughout campus. We will have parking attendants directing you to accessible parking for those who would benefit.

What will Transitions GriefCare do with the money donated?
All donations will be used to provide ongoing, quality, no-cost grief support to the community.

Can I tour the buildings on campus?
All buildings will be closed unless you are visiting someone in the Hospice Home.

Will there be access to restrooms during the event?
Yes, there will be access to the restrooms in the foyer of the Sanctuary.
